All Reservation will require a $200 Reservation deposit or the full balance if your your rental dates are 30 days or less to secure the dates that you desire. Please review the entire contract before submitting the agreement form. Although the contracts are submitted electronically, all of the terms and conditions are binding per California State Law.
CANCELLATION POLICY
All cancellations must be made in writing via email.
30 DAYS OR MORE NOTICE (WRITTEN) PRIOR TO PICK UP DATE WILL RECEIVE FULL REFUND LESS $35.00 ADMINISTRATION FEES.
Any cancellations made without 15 day advance notice in writing will be responsible for the full balance.
Other fees:
We do not have any hidden charges. Our policy is very simple, return the unit in the same condition (means the unit needs to be cleaned in and out, fuel and propane full, and holding tanks empty) and you will receive full refund of the security deposit.
